Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information Wild Oak LLC, doing business as The Noble Foundry (“The Noble Foundry,” “we,” “us”), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, thenoblefoundry.com, and the private internal tools we use to run our business.

Information we collect on our website

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your first name, email address, comment, and whether you agreed to receive emails from us. Your message is delivered to our business email.
  • Scheduling. If you book a call, you do so through Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. See how Google uses this information.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, automatically records basic technical information about requests to the site, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use website information

We use it to reply to you, to schedule and hold conversations you request, and to improve the site. If you agreed to receive emails, we may occasionally send you updates about our work; every such email lets you opt out.

Our internal business tools

We operate private software tools that connect business systems we use, such as accounting software, to an AI assistant so that we can manage our books and administration remotely. These tools are used only for the operations of The Noble Foundry and businesses under common ownership with it. They are not sold, offered to the public, or listed on any marketplace, and only our owner and people the owner individually authorizes can use them.

  • What they access. The business records held in the connected system, which can include names, contact details and transaction history of customers and vendors.
  • How that information is used. Only to carry out bookkeeping and administrative tasks at the direction of an authorized user.
  • What we store. Records are retrieved on demand and passed to the authorized user’s AI assistant session; our tools do not save them in a database. The only things our tools store are the credentials needed to connect (access tokens and account identifiers), kept in access-restricted files on a privately operated server in the United States. Our logs record which user ran which operation and when, but not the contents of requests or any financial data.
  • Who else is involved. The provider of the connected business system, where the records live; Anthropic, whose Claude AI assistant processes records within the user’s conversation under Anthropic’s privacy policy; and Cloudflare, which carries the encrypted network traffic.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy so they can do their jobs for us, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Connection credentials for our internal tools are kept until access is revoked or deletion is requested.

How we protect it

All traffic to our website and tools is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to our internal tools requires a personal access token for each authorized user, limited to a specific business, which we can revoke for any individual at any time. Stored credentials are kept in files only the server’s operator can read.

Your choices

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
  • You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out tool to stop Google Analytics.
  • An administrator of a connected business system can revoke our tools’ access at any time from that system’s connected-apps settings, which invalidates our credentials. We will also delete stored credentials on request.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
